The Department of Culture, Media and Sport has specifically advised us that tennis is one of the best examples of social distancing in practice.
It should be encouraged as long as the guidance permits.

WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT ALL SOCIAL TENNIS SESSIONS ARE CANCELLED.
This is in order to accommodate the advice on social distancing and the importance of limiting social contact. If you wish to continue to play tennis YOU MUST book a court via the online booking system at wycombehouse.com. If you are unable to use the booking system please contact Dave or myself who will assist or book the court for you. NO ONE IS PERMITTED TO USE THE COURTS WITHOUT BOOKING FIRST. It is recommended that new tennis balls are used which are marked with players initials and only touched by that player. Please ensure you play within the timeslots booked and leave the club immediately after play.

We have suspended all group coaching with immediate effect pending further guidance from British Tennis.
Tennis / Tennis courts
The Government has currently indicated that physical exercise that takes place at a safe distance from others and in a safe exercise environment is something that can continue at this time. At present the tennis courts will remain open to help people remain active, however in line with Government guidance this is subject to STRICT SOCIAL DISTANCING and HYGIENE PRACTICES being employed.
As at 17/03/2020 British Tennis and Middlesex Tennis have implemented an immediate suspension of all county training sessions, competitions and leagues. With immediate effect all club league fixtures are suspended until further notice.
Due to Covid 19 Cricket @ Wycombe House has been suspended until further notice
